The Culture Deck

There’s a new entertainment movement that’s blending all things that we love as Bahamians into a gratifying nightlife experience. “The Culture Deck”, launched by the Conscious Connection Group, takes place the last Sunday of each month. Last night, the spot was the Coco Plum Deck (the old Land Shark Hotel) on the Cable Beach strip. According to Portia, one the event’s main organizers, the venue will change each month. The aim of the event, she said, is to unify and support Bahamian entrepreneurs while also offering the public a quality event. With all the right elements in place - good food, drinks, entertainment and music - we’re definitely looking forward to next month’s edition.
